I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle May for many years in the Buyer’s Advocacy industry and witnessing a true professional in action on a daily basis. Michelle has since broadened her horizons in working with some very high profile property Advocates and attaining some extraordinary achievements in the very challenging Sydney market. Michelle is one of the most experienced and reputable buyer’s advocates in Sydney and I would not hesitate in recommending her.

After eight unsuccessful years of trying to buy a house in Sydney, Michelle made it happen! The four-month travel through the inner-west on a weekly basis with Michelle was both a steep learning curve in the intricacy of the Sydney property market and a lesson in how to buy the right house for the right reasons (reasons that now seem logical but at the time unfathomable) ……

Our experience with Michelle was absolutely fantastic and we would not hesitate to use Michelle for our next house purchase. Michelle found us our new home in under 3 months, and on budget. This would not have been possible without her (we have an 18 month old, with no car and full-time jobs).

She helped us clarify what we wanted, and was patient, consistently enthusiastic …….

Fantastic!

We highly recommend Michelle as a buyer’s agent. I wish more professionals did their job as well as she does. Michelle is very approachable, a clear and friendly communicator, and very helpful (she quickly acts on any questions you may have).

It was also a wonderful experience for us to have Michelle on our team - she was a powerful advocate for us and it was very reassuring knowing that it was Michelle representing us and trying to secure us the best deal. We think she is an excellent buyer’s advocate and a lovely person too.

Use her!

Michelle was great since our first meeting, thorough, clear and straight to the point, something that during our 18-month search for a place was what we were missing.

Throughout this process we not only found a place to call home but also learned a lot about ourselves and the market. We joined Michelle for few viewings, that’s where you see the wealth of knowledge that she has ……

Michelle did an amazing job to find us a home in the Inner West. She’s incredibly organised and has a wealth of information about our target market, which has made us very comfortable with the entire process.

Highly recommended to get Michelle on your side if you are serious about buying a house.

Michelle has given us back time otherwise spent trawling real estate websites.

We would recommend Michelle as a Buyer’s Agent. Her expert advice was invaluable, and with two young children it great to have someone doing the heavy lifting of the property search for us; filtering out unsuitable properties, going to open to inspections and providing very detailed feedback, and managing the communications with selling agents.

Ultimately we are very happy with the home Michelle assisted us in buying, which we achieved in a short time frame and exceeded our expectations of what we could afford.

We also very much appreciated Michelle’s referrals to quality providers of other services

We were looking for an apartment in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs with quite a specific brief, and given we were based overseas we needed help from someone we could trust and rely upon. We basically needed someone to steer us in the right direction and manage the process. We got that and much more from Michelle ……

We had a fantastic experience with Michelle. From our initial discussion prior to even engaging her services she provided insight and advice.

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome Michelle achieved for us bidding at auction on our behalf.

We had a great experience with Michelle May acting as our buyer’s agent. She was able to secure our new home within 3 months.

This was in a slow market, with very few properties meeting our brief AND our price range. She left no stone unturned when inspecting properties for us and was a calming force that made us feel confident in the decision to purchase at the end….
